By accessing or using the PixelPlex Minecraft server, website, Discord server, or online store (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.

1. Definitions

  • “PixelPlex” refers to the server operators and administrators.
  • “User” refers to any person accessing the Services.
  • “Digital Goods” refers to virtual items, ranks, perks, or credits.

2. Eligibility

2.1. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or legal guardian permission.

2.2. Users violating age requirements may be permanently removed.

3. Account Responsibility

3.1. You are responsible for all actions taken on your account.
3.2. Account sharing is allowed at your own risk; all punishments apply to the account itself.
3.3. PixelPlex is not responsible for losses caused by:

  • Account sharing
  • Compromised credentials
  • Third-party access

4. Server Rules & Enforcement

4.1. All users must follow server rules and staff instructions at all times.
4.2. Ignorance of the rules is not a valid defense.
4.3. PixelPlex reserves the right to issue warnings, mutes, wipes, suspensions, or permanent bans.
4.4. Staff decisions are final unless explicitly reviewed by senior management.

5. Digital Goods & Ownership

5.1. All purchases are for digital goods only.
5.2. Digital goods have no real-world monetary value.
5.3. You do not own ranks, items, perks, or accounts.
5.4. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use purchased content.
5.5. PixelPlex reserves the right to modify, rebalance, revoke, or remove digital goods at any time without compensation.

6. Payments & Authorized Handler

6.1. The only person authorized to handle payments, transactions, refunds, or purchase-related issues is @tramskovi.
6.2. Do not send money to anyone else claiming to represent PixelPlex.
6.3. Payments sent to unauthorized individuals are made entirely at your own risk.

7. Refund Policy

7.1. All purchases are final.
7.2. There is no guaranteed right to refunds, replacements, or compensation.
7.3. Any exception may only be granted at the sole discretion of @tramskovi.
7.4. Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Punishments or bans
  • Accidental purchases
  • Regret after purchase
  • Server downtime
  • Server resets or wipes

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

8.1. Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or fraudulent refund claim is considered abuse.
8.2. Any chargeback attempt may result in:

  • Permanent account ban
  • Full account wipe
  • Revocation of all digital goods
  • Blacklisting from future services

8.3. These actions may be taken even if the chargeback is later reversed or denied.

9. Data & Privacy

9.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the PixelPlex Privacy Policy.
9.2. By using the Services, you agree to the collection and processing of data as described therein.

10. Service Availability

10.1. PixelPlex does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
10.2. The Services may be modified, suspended, reset, or shut down at any time.
10.3. Such changes do not entitle users to refunds or compensation.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelPlex shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data
  • Loss of items or progress
  • Service interruptions
  • Bugs or exploits
  • Indirect or consequential damages

11.2. All Services and digital goods are provided “as is” without warranties.

12. Termination

12.1. PixelPlex reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the Services at any time.
12.2. Termination may occur without prior notice in cases of rule violations or abuse.

13. Governing Law

13.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia.
13.2. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Slovenian courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

14.1. PixelPlex reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
14.2. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
